We will happily accept returns for a product within 30 days of your purchase for any reason providing
- The product is complete and presented 'as new'
- If the box has been opened, providing the product and packaging has not been damaged
- In order for us to accept a return, you must take reasonable care of the product and not do anything which may damage it
To help us deal with your returns request as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you can see that the item is visibly damaged when you receive it, you should refuse the delivery and ask for it to be returned to the sender via the courier company delivering the parcel. Please then call our Customer Information Centre on +44 (0)118 925 3337. We will raise the matter with the courier and send you a replacement product within 48hrs.
Goods received are not what I ordered
If you have received the wrong order, please contact our Customer Service on +44 (0)118 925 3337 and we will arrange collection of the incorrect items and either deliver the correct order or arrange a refund.
I have received a duplicate order
If you receive a duplicate order, please contact our Customer Service on +44 (0)118 925 3337 or via Live Chat and we will arrange collection of the duplicate order.
I have changed my mind about this product - can I still get a refund?
If you have changed your mind about the product(s) you have ordered we will happily give you a refund using the original payment method within 30 days of your purchase as long as the product(s) are unused and in their original packaging. Please note the following points,
- If the returned product is not as new we may levy a repackaging and restocking charge of 10%
- We cannot accept a return if parts are missing from the item or the packaging is damaged
Arranging returns
If you have changed your mind about your EPHY product, we will happily give you a refund within 30 days of purchase.
STEP 1 - Contact us Please contact our Customer Service on +44 (0)118 925 3337 or via Live Chat and have the following information to hand
- Order number as shown on your packing slip
STEP 2 - Return and refund
The product needs to be in its original packaging. Please enclose the original EPHY packing slip with the returned items. We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods at the warehouse to receive your refund. Remember to include all the parts e.g. accessories, leads or manuals. Please package the product securely in its original box to avoid damage in transit.
